Investigate whether extreme extraterrestrial environments can support durable, large-scale energy systems.
Architecture Logic
Capability must compound.
Transportation creates access. Infrastructure creates an operating center. Local resources and servicing extend what spacecraft can do from that center.
No later system is treated as earned until the earlier interfaces produce defensible evidence.
Transportation and servicing must move toward repeatable operations rather than isolated demonstrations.
Propulsion, spacecraft, GDS, resources, and energy are developed as one architecture.
