Information we collect
When you use the contact form, DEVOWER receives the name, email address, inquiry category, engineering area, and message you provide. Basic security and delivery logs may also be processed by our hosting provider.
How we use it
We use submitted information only to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, maintain website security, and preserve necessary business correspondence. DEVOWER does not sell contact-form information.
Service providers
The website is hosted through Cloudflare. Business email is provided through Google Workspace. These providers may process information as needed to deliver and secure their services.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained only as long as reasonably necessary for correspondence, security, and legitimate business records.
Your choices
You may ask DEVOWER to correct or delete contact-form information when no legal or operational reason requires its retention. Submit the request through the contact page.
Security
DEVOWER applies reasonable technical controls to protect submitted information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
